Class Action Regarding the Online Purchase of Tickets to Events by Quebec Residents
Only those class members who were customers of Vivid Seats or FanXchange and who received an Approval Notice on September 16, 2022, are eligible to make a claim. Such customers need to complete and submit their claim form by: December 31, 2022. No claim will be accepted after this date and you will have lost your potential right to compensation under the settlement.
The claims process ended on June 30, 2022 for all other class members, including those who were customers of StubHub, Ticketnetwork, SeatGeek, as well as customers of Vivid Seats and FanXchange who received their Approval Notice on March 4, 2022.
